Following participation in the program, students will be able to:

-- Practice economics by making personal choices.
-- Understand that people have basic needs and wants and the difference between them.
-- Learn about ways to earn money.
-- Understand the importance of saving and having a savings goal.
-- Understand how to earn money to help others in the community.

JA Ourselves is recommended for kindergarten students. This volunteer-led, kit-based program is available for classroom-based or remote classroom implementation. It includes five 45-minute sessions, with additional extended learning activities and optional digital assets offered throughout.
